Ordering

All Ragz4Nagz Tail-Savers can be colour coordinated with 3 different colour materials to suit your own design. The T shaped design of the Tail-Saver allows for the top piece to be 2 different colours and the centre piece another. (See diagram below). Please stipulate what colours (let your imagination run wild) you would like in the appropriate fields on the order form.

Case Study 1

Week 1

This is our mare Zippos Daydream, she was our competition mare until she joined the broodmare band 4 years ago.  Totally in paddock condition this mare is our first case study to show how Ragz 4 Nagz can improve the condition and quality of your horses tail.

           

Pic 1  Shows the condition of the tail straight from the paddock. Pic 2 shows the tail after being thoroughly cleaned. Pic 3 shows the tail saver prior to being plaited into tail. Pic 4 shows the tails saver after completion of plaiting into tail.

Week 4

The Tail Saver has now been in for 4 weeks. The tail saver has been removed and the tail has been washed and conditioned  and you can clearly see the improvement in the thickness, length & condition of the tail.  On removal of the Tail Saver the tail only needed a quick wash & conditioning instead of multiple washes trying to get the tail clean & white. The tail was re-plaited with tail saver and mare returned to paddock.

           

Week 8

This now concludes our trial period for our mare PJ who is now preg tested in foal and will return to the paddock to be a mum.  The condition & thickness of the tail has quite clearly improved with only 1 wash and condition being needed when the Tail Saver was removed.  The tail at the end of this 8 week trial, is noticeably fuller and softer proving that with continued use Ragz4Nagz Tail Savers do and can give your horses tail that winning edge look.  Please do not hesitate to contact me for any queries or special requests for Ragz4Nagz Tail Savers.

  

 

Case Study 2

Week 1

Our second case study is our own mare Extreme Attraction, who has been a broodmare for the past 5 years. She was taken straight from the paddock and the effects of having many foals chewing on her tail can be easily seen.

I  would like to thank "tail savers" on making such a wonderful product. The service is amazingly friendly with prompt and reliable service (we all know how rare that is these days). Our horses reside in black soil (not sand) and with just a little bit of water, the soil turns to BLACK MUD. It is just impossible to keep tails clean, EXCEPT WHEN THEY HAVE THEIR TAIL SAVERS ON. My god, this has saved our horses from the nightmare of having to have their tails tortured, from trying to get massive big chunks of caked on mud out of their tails. now I can just take the tail saver off and brush nice clean tails (and simply wash my tail saver) and put it back on when I am finished. I can not believe how thick their tails have become. JUST FANTASTIC, lovely THICK TAILS. Thank you "tail savers" for such a fantastic product

Hi Sue,

Just a quick note to say what a great idea the Tail Savers are. My little pony is very good at escaping from tail bags and the Tail Saver is the only thing I have found that stays on!  While at the same time making show prep a lot easier by not having to scrub his tail so many times. (white tails and black sand just don't mix!). The bonus is he can still use his tail to keep flies away. Great product and easy to use for owner and comfortable for pony.

I am very impressed with the condition of Bella's tail from having the Tail Saver in.  Cant wait to see what her tail looks like in a few more months of wear, it already looks like it has grown and thickened a lot.
